Attorney Fahy began his career in 2004 as an Assistant District Attorney.  During his twelve and a half years in the District Attorney's Office,  he served the citizens of Bristol County, Middlesex County, Suffolk County and Plymouth County.  Attorney Fahy has  experience successfully prosecuting a wide range of cases from simple Assault and Battery  to First Degree Murder.  As a former prosecutor, Attorney Fahy knows what it takes to build a case.  Now as a defense attorney with almost a decade of representing clients accused of wrongdoing, Attorney Fahy uses his knowledge and experience to aggressively attack the weakness in accusations and charges brought  against them by the Commonwealth.
